District Training - POETS

The training committee supports the District Governor and Governor-Elect in training club and district leaders and overseeing the district’s overall training plan. Working with the Governor-Elect, who has final approval on the program, speakers, training leaders, evaluations, and logistics for the presidents-elect training seminar (PETS), the district training assembly, and the district team training seminar, which includes assistant governor training allows for successful training sessions.

      
Work with the Governor, who has final approval on the program, speakers, training leaders, evaluations, and logistics for club level and Rotaract leadership training and other training events as appropriate. Support club trainers as needed. Promote district training events.
